CCS Web Console 'Policy' tab not showing any information.

Issue/Introduction
When the CCS Web console is launched at the "Policy" tab is selected no policy data is rendered. However, it is visible in the CCS core console.
Environment
CCS 12.6.x
Cause
In this case, the IE Enhanced security was enabled but no pop-up dialog to inform you data is being blocked.
Resolution
Disable IE Enhanced Security and re-launch CCS Web console.
