When trying to install Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) an error pops up: Unable to continue, see your administrator.

Logs collected from C:\ProgramData\Symantec\FSD may exit with code 18.
This error indicates the installation package or enrollment is unable to access cloud resources required to complete the installation.
This may be caused when the device has no network connection, or when a firewall, proxy, or other network security device/software is disrupting communications from the endpoint to the cloud.
Verify the network connection, connect to the internet if necessary and try the installation again.
If the network is connecting through a proxy service configure system policy settings to include the proxy settings.
You may also need to whitelist the Required URLs for SEPC in your firewall or proxy.
To verify the connectivity issue check the logs at C:\ProgramData\Symantec\FSD and look for: Display FSD dialog with id 18.
Check other errors against Error codes returned by SEP Cloud installer and Symantec Download Manager
