Your Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) Agent reports "Resolved Security Risks", which are handled automatically, and "Unresolved Security Risks", which require your evaluation. You would like to manage or remove the risks from your device from within the agent.
1) On the SEPC Agent window, select the "History" icon to open a second window to view detailed logs on the local device.
2) Using the drop down menu, navigate to "Resolved Security Risks"
3) View the status of Resolved Security Risks.
Resolved Security Risks are items which are handled automatically by the SEPC Agent. "Unresolved Security Risks" are items which require additional administrative actions and user interactions.
If there is more than one entry, you can choose which panel to look at closer. If you select "Options" under "Recommended Action" (or simply double left-click on an entry), a 3rd window will pop up with a more detailed report of the item detected (below). In this 3rd window, you can select between Details, Origin, or Activity. It is from this view that you can perform the extra administrative steps to restore, dismiss, or remove actions when required.
Should you choose to "Restore" the detected item, you will be prompted again for restore confirmation. You will then be presented with the "Restore Status" window (below).
If you performed the administrative step, it will remove the entry from the "Resolved/Unresolved Security Risk" display.
