Determine when the Endpoint Protection agent last scanned

You are trying to determine when the most recent scan was completed on your device through the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) Agent.
Open the SEPC Agent Window and select the "History" icon
Select the drop-down menu and navigate to "Scan Results."
Scan Results reports what occurred during a scheduled or manual scan
If the device is offline or in sleep mode, the scheduled scan will attempt scanning it for 36 hours. Once the device is online and idle, then the scan will happen. If after 36 hours the device does not come online, it will miss the scan.
