Messaging Gateway stops sending Message Audit data to remote syslog server

In some cases Messaging Gateway stops sending Messaging Audit Log (MAL) date to the configured remote syslog server and does not resume sending audit data until the MTA service or appliance is restarted.
This appears to be a deadlock in the syslog logging package used by SMG
This issue has been addressed with the SMG 10.7 release.
