Dashboard 'All scanners accessible' does not properly indicate scanner accessibility.

The System Status: All scanners accessible field on the Messaging Gateway (SMG) does not update to reflect scanners which cannot be contacted by the Control Center web application.
When a SMG scanner is powered off or cannot be contacted by the SMG Control Center to determine status, the Dashboard is not updated to reflect the system status as expected.
Then the sytem status check succeed but indicates an issue with the scanner, the status is updated appropriately but when the scanner cannot be communicated with at all due to being offline or unreachable, the status is not updated.
This is a known issue and will be addressed with a future release.
