The client is not visible in the Computer list after it was newly imaged.

• The agent is installed on the client machine, and the client machine does not show up active in the Ghost Solution Suite (GSS) console.
• The agent shows the correct IP/Hostname for the GSS Console and the client is active.

The client is on Rejected Computers list- They are identified and rejected by their MAC Address

This restricts the Computer from showing up in the GSS Database and is not visible in the console unless you select View > Rejected Computers

TO PLACE ON LIST

Open up the Computers pane right click on the computer name > select 'Advanced' > 'Reject Connection' 

TO REMOVE FROM LIST

click 'View' > 'Rejected Computers' >Select the computer from the list and 'Accept'
