IT Analytics keeps on processing until cancelled manually. Then process time for the cube gets updated to current date & time. However when we try to reprocess the cube, we get below error message :
Exception: Task is already running: 'Processing Trace'(e98d7f31-a880-4f69-b220-0223188a65ac)(Altiris.ITAnalytics.Tasks.ITAnalyticsProcessingTrace)
Issue has been resolved in ITMS 8.5 RU2.
