Support is requesting a SymDiag report for installation issues with Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC), but SymDiag does not automatically detect the correct product as it's not installed.
SEPC is not listed as a product selection when running the SymDiag
Currently both the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition and the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud versions are collected by a single module within SymDiag. The name that is presented in our UI depends upon what we detect is on the system. If neither application is present it defaults to SEP SBE.
