The folder which name contains 0x5c character code cannot be browsed correctly when creating custom scan in Endpoint Protection

When creating a custom scan task in localized version of SEP, the folder which name contains 0x5c character code cannot be browsed correctly. The subfolder under the folder is not visible.
The following is an example in Japanese version of SEP.
AVHostPlugin gets last character code 0x5c is “\” wrongly.
This issue is fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2 RU1 by changing the function which support Multibyte Character Set (MBCS) to get the last character correctly.
