Issue/Introduction
You want to know more about agent attributes for logged in user when working with agent groups.

Cause
The wrong syntax is being used in the user list.
Resolution
- The user names must each be entered on their own (not as
domain\user, orname@domainsyntax) - The entries must contain one user name per line with no comma or other characters as a separator
