Users may receive the following error when authenticating to Symantec ICE through an IdP:
An error occurred while trying to retrieve your account. Please try again later. If this problem persists please contact technical support.
This error occurs if the Email or PartnerUserId attribute names in the assertion are missing or incorrect.
To fix this issue, verify that the Email and PartnerUserId attribute names are in the assertion and are correct. Then, have the user try again. Note that the Email and PartnerUserId attribute names are case sensitive.
