Unified Agent goes into failure mode with error "Unhandled exception in CTC Check"

Unified Agent (UA) intermittently fails to connect to WSS. The message in the UA log says "Unhandled exception in CTC Check" and then UA stays in failure mode. Using the reconnect button does not help.
This is a known issue for Unified Agent version 4.10.3

Update Unified Agent to the latest version (4.10.6 or later).
