Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Network Prevent for SMTP
Trial Mode has been turned off. The check box on the In-Line SMTP tab is not checked and the IncidentDetection.TrialMode is set to "false".
The incidents show the e-mail is blocked. Yet the e-mail is still being sent to the recipient.
Toggling Trial Mode on and then off again causes the e-mails to be blocked. But it only blocks for less than 24 hours and then it fails back to allowing the "blocked e-mails" to be delivered. The incidents still show the e-mail was blocked.
Under review. Temporary workaround is to toggle Trial Mode on and the off. Restart the services each time you toggle Trial Mode.
