Issue/Introduction

You are unable to find the option to add local user in DCS Data Center Security DCS Unified Management Console UMC after AD integration

Cause

This is by design

Resolution

  • The only accounts you can add in the UMC are active directory accounts.
  • Please note once any AD account is added, the dcsadmin account is disabled.
  • There is no option to add additional non-AD accounts available with the UMC with or without AD integration.
