Error "Dynazip Unzip Error" when choosing an .msi package in Distribute Software

When adding an .msi to a Deployment Solution 6.8.206 and higher versions, "Distribute Software" job task, the following error is thrown:
DynaZip UnZIP Error: ZIP File read error!
This error does not occur when building the same Distribute Software job in Deployment Solution 6.5.299. The problem .msi installs TrendMicro's OfficeScan AntiVirus client which was custom built through the DS MSI Editor utility. The .msi runs correctly when directly launched on a workstation. The MSI Editor does not show any files included. Same problem in Deployment Solution 6.5.299. Rebuilding the .msi in MSI Editor does not resolve the issue though the process completes without any problems.
This has also been reported as occurring with Symantec SEP packages (setup.exe).
The Distribute Software job appears to read an .msi differently in newer versions than it did in Deployment Solution 6.5.299.
There is no resolution or workaround at this time. Symantec is working towards a resolution and will update this article when a resolution is reached. Subscribe to this article if you would like to receive any updates.
Applies To This problem is found in Deployment Solution version 6.8.206 onwards and confirmed to occur in version 6.9 (Build 164) . There is reportedly no problem with this in Deployment Solution 6.5.299.
