Partner Management Console could not sign into my account when I am signed in

Partners are managing Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) customers and it fails to delegate into the SEPC accounts
Partners are timed out after about 20 minutes. To resolve this issue, please sign out of the Partner Management Console (PMC) and sign back in. This will reset the timer and allow you to manage your SEPC customers.
