Worked through the process to activate the SeviceNow securlet. Received the same error each time, even when using different rights for the ServiceNow admin account and using different CloudSOC Sysadmin accounts.

The CloudSOC Admin account was not being utilized with the appropriate username, ClietID, and Client Secret for ServiceNow.
Add the appropriate rights in CloudSOC for the Admin with the appropriate username, ClientID, and Client Secret for ServiceNow.
