You have configured an alert rule to trigger a protection feature (such as IPS detection) but are unable to see any alerts or events in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) Console.
Your configured report templates are blank and aren't reporting the alert occurrences.
Alert rules in SEPC are not working.
This is caused by three preconfigured alert rules being set to "inactive" by default. The preconfigured alert rules will need to be activated before continuing to the Solution steps below.
