Endpoint Protection devices show "Disconnected" and "Marked for deletion" from cloud console

You are using on-prem Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 14.2 MP1 with the cloud portal. When checking status from the SEPM devices show online, but from the cloud portal devices shows "Disconnected". After un-enrolling and re-enrolling into the cloud, the device status changes to “Marked for deletion” and continues to show in cloud console.
This issue is fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2 RU1.
