Issue/Introduction

HTTPS communication with LiveUpdate server is failing

Resolution

Liveupdate:

  1. Stop SPE 
  2. Backup & delete "luxds.dat" file from below locations (if exists).
  3. Copy "luxds.dat" file in hotfix to "<PRODUCT-INSTALL-DIR>/Definitions/" location. Please select one of appropriate platform (Windows/Linux).
  4. Restart SPE
