Create User fails while creating the initial console account in TDAD

Endpoint Threat Defense for Active Directory
Issue/Introduction
After installing Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for Active Directory (TDAD), during initial configuration, clicking Create User results in an error.
500 (Internal Server Error).
Cause
Services are not in a stable, running state.
Resolution
- Restart the TDAD services:
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD DM Manager
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD Helper Service
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD MongoDB Server
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD MySQL Service
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD Tomcat Service
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD UI Service
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD Update Service
Symantec Endpoint Threat Defense for AD Web Service
- Open the TDAD console and continue the configuration.
