Issue/Introduction
This article provide step to collect RTMP Debug to Troubleshooting RTMP / Flash video streaming issues.
Resolution
Navigate to an advanced HTTP console URL: https://<proxyIP>:8082/RTMP/debug
Click on ‘Set Debug Mask’
Here you will need to specify exactly what you want traced. In most cases you will need to select “Set All Debug Levels” options.
Generate a request through the ProxySG or ASG, refresh the /RTMP/debug console URL and observer the RTMP debug trace that has been generated.
