When using the Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response cloud console, several interface options will load the appliance web interface in an iframe. The cloud console should automatically log in to the appliance as the current user logged in to the cloud console. Some times when accessing the appliance interface, you are prompted to log in to the appliance.
The underlying issue is the cookie stored on the local browser expiring. The cookie is not correctly refreshed, causing the appliance interface to prompt for credentials.
The current workaround is to clear the browser cookies for edrc.symantec.com and the appliance.
