A customer of resellers requires a change of contact details of their administrator.

Customers of resellers are not able to change contact details directly.
The administrator of reseller account can change the details of contact on the portal site of Email Security.cloud.
Dashboard > Partners > Contact Details > Custom

Note: Change the language to the customer intend to use.
