Unable to export backup using SCP on Management Center version 2.2.2.1

Issue/Introduction
When you try to upload the Management Center backup to a SCP server you receive an error message stating:
SCP File Transfer Failed

SCP File Transfer Failed:
Cause
This is due to a bug that was found in the Management Center OS.
Bug number: MC-434
Resolution
A fix has been released in MC 2.2.2.4
"MC-434 - Exporting a backup via SCP times out after 30 seconds."
It is recommended to upgrade to 2.2.2.4 if you are experiencing this issue.
