While using Unified Agent (UA) the Acrobat Reader installation does not complete. When starting the intallation the following error mesage appears:

Application initialization error

Web Security Service

Doing SSL interception to the domains Adobe uses for the installation blocks them.

Adobe is aware of this problem but has not provided any solution yet.

To allow the installation to complete while using UA, create an SSL interception rule to not intercept the following domains:

• get.adobe.com
• ardownload2.adobe.com
• platformdl.adobe.com
