How do I run a forensic report in Cloud SWG (formerly known as WSS)?

Login to Cloud SWG portal account.

Go to Reports > Report center

Click on New Report and select New Forensic Report

There you can modify the following parameters to run the desired report.

• Source can be filtered by User or Client IP. The default values are All Users and All Client IPs.
• Destination can be filtered by Categories and Sites. The default values are All Categories and All Sites.
• When can be filtered by Date which can be set to the desired time frame. The default value is Previous 1 week.
