VIP Enterprise Gateway Administrator Console shows a blank white screen when accessing the EG URL. This can occur in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
In IE, go to Internet Options -> Security tab -> Trusted Sites, and click the Sites button. Add the URL of the gateway to the list of trusted sites.
There is also a workaround for disabling SSL by doing the following:
Change the URL from http://localhost:8232/vipegconsole to https://localhost:8232/vipegconsole. Once logged in, either update the bookmark that you are using, or change the console settings.
