This appears to be a known issue in the Altiris Console Data 6.5 Update (KB34732).
Workaround 1: Expand the Catalogs folder in the left-hand pane and access the children objects there. Workaround 2: Use this entry point: View > Resources > Resources > Receiving Types > Catalogs. Workaround 3: Use Altiris Console 6.0 to access this folder.
Symantec is currently reviewing this issue and will update this article when new information is found.
