Agents not downloading Software Delivery packages from Package Servers.

Agents are not getting updated inventory nor are the agents installing packages that are sent to them - they all show a status of " Waiting to retry download". The following errors appear in the agent.log files.
Changes were made to the network causing security/permission issues, such as DNS changes or promoting servers in the domain. This was causing the ActiveX errors found in the logs.
Install ActiveX controls on the Package Server by installing the InstallerCab file found on the Notification Server in <drive>:\Program Files\Altiris\Notification Server\NSCap\Bin\Win32\X86\NS CAB Installer Package.
In some cases after correcting the ActiveX error in Windows the package download issue wasn't resolved until the Core Altiris Agent was removed and reinstalled on the Package Server. After placing the PS agent back on the system, packages were able to download without problems.
