Issue/Introduction
During the installation of Altiris Deployment Solution from Solution Center, the following error message appeared:
CSript.exe - Entry Point Not Found -- The procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll.

ITMS 7.x
Cause
The cause of why the runtime dll was unregistered is unknown but is easily remedied.
Resolution
Register the scripting runtime .dll with the following command:
regsvr32 %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\scrrun.dll.
