When installing Symantec Management Platform 7 or Solutions with SIM7, we get this error message: "Could not contact the product download verification server"

When installing Symantec Management Platform 7.0 or Solutions using SIM 7, the following message appears:
Dialog message transcript: "Could not contact the product download verification server. This will reduce your options to locally available products only. Click Retry to check your connection again, click Continue to run with limited product selection, or click Cancel to quit."
Server is not able to access the required pages during SIM 7 connectivity check process.
Make sure that you allow access on your network to the following sites on your Proxy or Firewall:
