Error when opening context menu for computers in reports.

In this case the issue was seen when attempting to open the right click menu options for a computer in the 'Microsoft Compliance by Computer' report for Patch Management Solution for Windows. The logs indicated that it was caused by the Retired option that would have been shown, so this could be potentially be seen in many locations. Please update the KB appropriately if that is found to be the case.

Additional messages in the SQL Server error log and system event log may provide more detail. This is a severe system-level error condition that threatens database integrity and must be corrected immediately. Complete a full database consistency check (DBCC CHECKDB). Data base corruption affecting tables used when building the context menu.
Run a 'DBCC CheckDB' against the Symantec CMDB database.
