Errors processing NSE's after upgrading from Symantec Management Platform SP1 to SP2

When upgrading from the Symantec Management Platform (SMP) Service Pack 1 to Service Pack 2 the following errors are reported in the logs.

During the creation of NSE's the header and footer are created by the Altiris Agent then have the bulk of the data populated by the Solution. In this case the header being created by the Altiris Agent at an SP1 level is not functional.
Enable the Altiris Agent for Windows - Upgrade policy and wait for client computers to upgrade the agent.
·Drill down on the Console > Settings > All Settings > Agents/Plug-ins > Altiris Agent > Windows > Altiris Agent for Windows – Upgrade
·In the right pane - upper right hand corner
oClick on the Red – ‘Off’
oEnable the drop down to ‘On’
