Issue/Introduction
In the Symantec Management Console getting the following error on the bottom of the page. You can see the left side of the console but the right side does not populate.
Invalid xml: XML document must have a top level element, 0)
Environment
ITMS 7.x, 8.x
Cause
A group policy disabled an internet security setting.
"Enable native XMLHTTP support"
Resolution
1. In the internet browser, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
2. Scroll down towards the bottom until you find the Security heading.
3. Select "Enable native XMLHTTP support"
4. Re-launch the browser.
