How to request a refund for a VIP Security Token, Card or Shipping Charges

Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process of refunding of your token or card, or VIP shipping charges (if applicable).
If you've had the VIP credential for less than 30 days, it is eligible for a full refund (restrictions may apply).
If a VIP credential experiences a hardware failure within 3 years of purchase, it may be eligible for a free replacement.
If you are requesting a refund for a VIP Credential, shipping charges or both, or you have not received your VIP Credential and would like to cancel the order and request a refund, please provide all necessary information or a copy of the Order Summary page, and we will initiate the request.
If you purchased a VIP token through a third party vendor, please contact them before submitting a request for a refund or exchange from Symantec Support.
