Releasing quarantined messages from spam quarantine

A message has been quarantined and needs to be released.
Releasing messages from Quarantine can be done by an Administrator that has Manage Quarantine rights, or by end users if they are part of a policy group that has End User Quarantine enabled.
End users log directly into their Quarantine view. Administrators must click on Email Spam under Quarantine, within the Spam tab.
Once viewing the Spam Quarantine list, one or more emails can be released by selecting them from the list and clicking the Release button, or by viewing the individual message and then clicking the Release button.
