Mail from specific maildomains is not received. Mail from other maildomains do not cause a problem.
The LOG.NSF shows the following connection event for the Premium AntiSpam SMTP Proxy: "SMSDOM: PAS SMTP PROXY: [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] connected"
About 5 minutes later the following event is shown: "SMSDOM: PAS SMTP PROXY: [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] disconnected 0 message(s) received"
The problem also happens when Premium AntiSpam is disabled.
This can happen when the Sender (the sending server) is not sending the expected responses or data. The SMTP session then runs into a timeout. If it is the Sender that is causing the problem, you will see the same behaviour when Premium AntiSpam is disabled.
If the problem is with the Sender, the solution needs to be found on the Sender side.
If you would like to increase the timeout, this can be done by adding the SMTPTimeoutMultiplier parameter in the
notes.ini file for the server. For example, if the timeout is 5 minutes and you set the SMTPTimeoutMultiplier=2, the timeout value will now be 10 minutes (2x5=10). This will give more time for servers with a slower connection while connecting to your server to transfer mail.
