Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange does not filter non-delivery report (NDR) email

You receive many NDRs from spoofed domains or from existing domains but messages to these domains were not sent. You want to configure Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange to prevent delivery of these NDRs.
You can create a content filtering rule that filters on sender or subject. However, since a content filtering rule applies to all messages, any message that meets the conditions of the rule is subject to the action of the content filtering rule.
To create a content filtering rule based on sender, use the email account from which the NDRs are being sent, for example, ‘Mailer daemon’, ‘System Administrator’, or ‘Postmaster’.
To create a content filtering rule based on subject, use words that are unique to the NDR you want to filter.
NOTE: If you set the Action to ‘Add tag to beginning of subject line’, you can create a rule in Outlook to move these messages to a subfolder.
