If this does not resolve the issue, please proceed with the following workaround
Install SMS DOM 7.5 as an upgrade
Install the old version of Mail Security 5.x for Domino
Perform the upgrade to Mail Security 7.5.x for Domino over existing version 5.x..
Mail Security 7.5 for Domino then can be removed and reinstalled as a fresh install
