By default SMSMSE is not configured to collect SPAM and RBL statistics. Due to the large amount of SPAM and RBL activity in many organizations collection of this data may increase resource utilization by SMSMSE.
Use the following steps to collect SPAM and RBL data:
1. Open the SMSMSE administration console. 2. Click on the Reports menu item. 3. Click on Views|Report Settings. 4. Check the box for Include spam data. 5. Click the Deploy Changes button.
SMSMSE now starts collecting SPAM and RBL metrics data.
NOTE: RBL functionality is only available when SMSMSE is configured with Exchange 2003.
