When attempting to launch the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Java Web Console you receice the following error:
"Unable to load resource http://:9090/client pkg/ext/smtp.jar"

Symptoms
You are unable to open the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Java Web Console

Java is corrupt.

• Uninstall Java from Add/Remove Programs
• Install the Java Web console:
  In the URL box, type one of the following identifiers for the computer that runs the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager:
  http://<computer_name>:9090
  http://<computer_IP_address>:9090.
• In the Symantec Policy Management Console window, click download and install JRE 1.5.
• In the License Agreement dialog box accept the terms in the license agreement, and then click Next.
• In the Completed dialog box, click Fi1nish.
• In the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console window, login to the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
• In the Security Warning dialog box, click Run.
• In the Create shortcut dialog box, click Yes.
• At the Logon prompt, type your user name and password, and then click Logon.
• Complete the authentication process.
